Rosemarie T. Ottomanelli is a real estate professional who brings extensive commercial real estate knowledge and experience to every client interaction, offering straightforward conversations, informed decisions and service guided by integrity.
Her expertise spans multifamily, office, mixed-use, retail of all types, medical and veterinary facilities, industrial, special-purpose properties, hotels, and student housing across the United States. This depth of experience gives her clients a clear advantage—whether purchasing, selling, or evaluating investment opportunities. Rosemarie has spoken at business and real estate events, including serving as moderator for the panel “Profiting from High-Net-Worth Investors: Perspectives on Real Estate Opportunities” at an Annual Real Estate Investment Forum sponsored by the Institute for International Real Estate. She has also held board positions, including Vice President of FIABCI–The International Real Estate Federation, New York Council.
Recruited by Cornell University, New York University, and the City University of New York, Rosemarie has taught Banking and the Capital Markets, Finance, Market Analysis, Securitization and related courses. A contributor to Brueggeman and Fisher’s Real Estate Finance and Investment (50th Anniversary Edition, McGraw-Hill/Irwin) and a reviewer of additional real estate textbooks, she continues to support academic and industry knowledge development.
Rosemarie holds an MS in Real Estate from New York University with a concentration in Finance and Valuation, an MA in Sociology with a concentration in Statistics and Data Analysis from Appalachian State University, and a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Statistics from Wagner College.
