Hassan Abdellah embarked on his academic journey with a unique combination of studies in music and finance at New York University and Brooklyn College. He later pursued graduate studies in the MBA/CPA program at Pace University in New York City, laying a strong foundation for his multifaceted career.
With a career in real estate spanning decades, Hassan entered the industry in 1985 and quickly established himself as a leader in buying, selling, and managing investment properties. He began his brokerage career with Century 21 before joining the prestigious Kermit Moran Realty Company in 1986, where he earned recognition as the firm’s top-producing salesperson. His exceptional performance led to senior roles, including Broker of Record and Managing Director.
In 1991, Hassan founded his own brokerage firm, specializing in investment properties and further solidifying his reputation for delivering exceptional results. By 1996, he expanded his expertise by joining forces with OHB Management Company, Inc., where he managed an extensive portfolio of 77 multifamily buildings, a construction company, and a security assurance business. Over a decade with OHB, he served in pivotal roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Senior Asset Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Investment Officer.
Since 2006, Hassan has operated from 30 Wall Street in New York City, brokering investment properties across major U.S. markets. His clientele, which includes individuals and institutions from NYC, the Middle East, and China, consistently values his integrity, dedication, and meticulous attention to detail, earning him a reputation as their trusted advisor and broker.
