Hassan Abdellah brings over four decades of expertise to the commercial real estate industry, distinguished by a career marked by leadership, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence. His academic foundation blends the disciplines of music and finance, with undergraduate studies at New York University and Brooklyn College, followed by graduate work in the MBA/CPA program at Pace University in New York City.
Since entering the real estate industry in 1985, Hassan has built a reputation for successfully representing investors in the acquisition, sale, and management of income-producing properties. He began his brokerage career with Century 21 and, in 1986, joined the esteemed Kermit Moran Realty Company, where he rose to become the firm’s top-producing agent. His outstanding performance led to executive roles, including Broker of Record and Managing Director.
In 1991, Hassan launched his own real estate brokerage, specializing in investment property sales and advisory services. His entrepreneurial drive and in-depth market knowledge positioned his firm as a trusted resource for both local and international investors. In 1996, he broadened his scope by partnering with OHB Management Company, Inc., where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of 77 multifamily properties, a construction firm, and a security services company. During his 10-year tenure, he held multiple executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer, Senior Asset Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Investment Officer.
