Hakeem Abdellah serves as an Analyst at Bentley Group, Ltd., a licensed commercial real estate firm headquartered at 30 Wall Street in New York City. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has supported the brokerage of commercial and residential assets through financial analysis, market research, and investor outreach. His work includes producing property cash flow analyses, identifying investment opportunities, and compiling data on vacant and tax-foreclosure properties to support acquisitions and strategic outreach initiatives.

In addition to his real estate experience, Hakeem has developed a broader background in strategy, research, and financial services. He earned his MBA from Howard University, where he also completed the Global Trilateral MBA Certificate in International Consulting—an intensive program that combined international business coursework with real-world consulting engagements for organizations in the United States, China, and South Africa. Through the program, he worked alongside multinational teams to conduct market research and develop strategic recommendations for private, public, and nonprofit sector clients. Earlier in his career, he worked in consumer banking, then mortgage banking at J.P. Morgan Chase, and as a stockbroker at Maxim Group.

Since 2021, Hakeem has also supported the growth of Impeccable You, a modest luxury womenswear brand, through business strategy, financial planning, and market research initiatives, including brand development and operational planning. His analytical approach is grounded in disciplined research, strategic thinking, and thoughtful execution.
